2. Hosting
The Site and its services are hosted by the following providers:
- Website, server functions and database — OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (ovhcloud.com), on a virtual private server hosted in its Strasbourg (France) data centre. The site, the API and the PostgreSQL database all run on that same machine.
- Service emails — Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), United States (resend.com), once user accounts are enabled.
3. Intellectual property
The structure of the Site, its source code, texts, visual identity and graphics belong to the publisher and are protected by French intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation, apart from short quotations accompanied by a link to the Site.
The names, trademarks and logos of the assets, indices, companies and marketplaces mentioned on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. They are cited for identification and illustration purposes only, without any partnership or affiliation.
The Site uses the Public Sans and Manrope typefaces and the Material Symbols icons, distributed by Google Fonts under open licences (SIL Open Font License and Apache License 2.0), and flags from flagcdn.com.
4. Market data and sources
The quotes and historical series shown on the Site come from third-party providers, notably Yahoo Finance and Euronext, and are then processed by the publisher (currency conversion, split and reverse-split adjustments, correction of quotation anomalies).
This data is provided for information and educational purposes only, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. It may contain errors, delays or gaps, and in no case constitutes an offer, a solicitation or a reliable basis for an investment decision. Any error you notice can be reported through the contact page.
5. No investment advice
The Site is an educational simulator. It provides no investment advice, no personalised recommendation and no investment service within the meaning of article L. 321-1 of the French monetary and financial code. The publisher is neither a financial investment adviser nor an investment services provider.
Simulations are based on past data: past performance is no guide to future performance. Any investment carries a risk of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Decisions taken after reading the Site are the sole responsibility of the user, who is encouraged to consult a qualified professional.
